Any item purchased at B & H Panel Company can be returned for replacement or refund - unless otherwise specified. If we are at fault, item is defective, or wrong item shipped, a full-refund will be issued, no questions asked. If item is damaged during transit, we ask our customers to submit a claim with UPS and notify us right away to issue a refund or replacement. If customer is at fault, we ask customers to pay for the return shipping of the item and submit shipping confirmation before replacement item is shipped.

How to Request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
- Send us an email referencing the Purchase Order Number of the item/s purchased.
- Include a brief explanation for the return and we will process the return right away.
- Specify whether you are requesting a replacement, exchange, or refund.
As soon as the RMA is approved, customers will receive email confirmation of the request. If shipping label is requested and approved, customers will receive Shipping Label by email. And last, customers will be notified by email once refund, replacement, or exchange has been processed.
